How far from the guest house are the parking spots?

  • The central car park is 300m far from the guest house. In the summer season, it is possible to park right by the guest house in our own car park. We will provide you with a free town hall permit upon your arrival.
  • Year-round underground parking is available 200m far from the guest house for a fee by prior arrangement. The underground garages can be locked - you will get your key or remote control upon arrival.

Can we reach the guest house by bus?

  • It is possible in the summer months. In the winter, you can only reach the central car park.

How can we get from the car park to the guest house in the winter season?

  • After you have arrived to the car park (not in front of Jilemnická Bouda – you may get fined), please call 606 911 708 and we will come pick your luggage up with our snowmobile for a fee of 100 CZK.

How far from the ski centre is the guest house?

  • The guest house is located almost on the ski slope Medvědín (Ski centre Špindlerův Mlýn) – all you have to do is put on your skis and go to the ticket office (200m far from the guest house). When you're coming back from skiing, you don't need to take off your skis either.
  • The cross-country skiing area is 250m far from the guest house.

Can we bring my pet?

  • Unfortunately, due to previous bad experience, we do not allow dogs in our guest house.

Can we book a stay with breakfast only?

  • Stays with breakfast only can be booked only by prior arrangement and in the summer season. We value our chef very much and we can only recommend his cooking. Many guests come back to us mainly for our cuisine. The price includes half board – breakfast (rich cold and hot buffet), dinner – 3 courses  (main dish - 2 options).

Is it possible to order lunch (full board)?

  • You can order lunch from our menu.

When is it possible to check in?

  • Check in is possible after 2:00 PM. Please check out before 10:00 AM so that we can prepare the room for other guests.

Should we bring our own towels?

  • Our rooms are well equipped and towels are included. Towels are changed when you need. Even the youngest guests in the baby cot get a towel. You don't need to bring anything. All rooms also include liquid soap.

How do we pay for our stay?

  • We prefer cash (better prices)
  • Bank transfer
  • In special cases, we accept card payments

What are the cancellation fees?

  • If you cancel your stay 2 months or more before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 0%. If you cancel your stay more than 1 month before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 20%. If you cancel your stay less than 1 month before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%. If you cancel your stay 5 days and less before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of your stay.
